Mentoring usually begins with an exploratory session. This session can be set up simply by contacting me and setting a time that is convenient to both of us. The session usually last between 1/2 and hour and 45 minutes. It is complimentary. There is no fee. During the session we explore what’s not working in your life or what it is you want to change.
Questions I might ask are:
What’s prompting you to look for help right now?
What is it that’s not working or that you want to change?
What is it you want in your life?
During the session I’ll answer your questions and you’ll receive insights, suggestions and new perceptions that you can use right now. There will be ideas that you can put into action as soon as you get off the phone. I’ll then explain to you how ongoing sessions work, the time, energy and financial commitment. If any of these don’t work for you we can explore alternative possibilities. I also have other coaches, mentors and service providers to refer you to if you choose or if they seem to be a better fit.
The purpose of the session is to give you tools to begin the changes you want in your life right now and to see if there is a benefit to doing further work together as well as what form that work would take.
There is no pressure to begin to working together. In fact, in certain situations I’ll direct you to other resources or suggest you wait. The idea is to find what will work best for you in your situation.

Ongoing Individual Mentoring
Should you choose ongoing mentoring we schedule sessions weekly, for approximately one hour on the phone or in person. You’ll receive a welcome packet of information to fill out and return so we both have a clearer idea of where you are and what you want to accomplish. You’ll also purchase “The 55 Concepts, A Guide to Conscious Living” book and cards as we use these as a foundation for the work we do together. Cost is $150 to $200/hour depending on the plan you choose. Payment can be cash, check or credit card due the first of each month.
During sessions we work on where you are, where you want to go, what stands in your way, and what steps you can take to move forward. We also look at what is currently going on in your life and address how you’re handling it, as current life tells us a lot about what path you are on and what direction you are currently heading. At times we will explore the origins of beliefs and ways to change or clear the ones that block you. Between sessions email contact is available for pressing issues or quick questions.
A strong commitment to your own growth and willingness to be fully honest with yourself is required.
