How do you trust yourself when you I have made so many mistakes?
Learning to trust ourselves is learning to recognize what part of ourselves is giving the advice. Are we coming from our fears? Our emotions? Are we reacting rather than acting? Often getting all the facts and then listening quietly to the calm part of ourselves gives us the right answer. Then again, what we consider a mistake can be just the learning that we needed.
